ABOUT MORGAN

Born and raised in production agriculture, her family is involved in corn, wheat, hay and cattle production. Throughout her youth she was heavily involved in 4-H and FFA. This is where her family got involved in producing a purebred Simmental herd. Through the years their purebred herd has shifted to predominantly Angus and Hereford cattle. Along with a commercial cow/calf operation her family is involved in raising seasonal stocker calves. Diamond T Ranch is a member of American Simmental Association, American Angus Association, American Hereford Association and American Quarter Horse Association.

Morgan is active in her community having been involved for many years as the local Westphalia 4-H club manager, a director of Falls County Go-Texan, Heart of Texas Fair Livestock Committeeman and once served as a director of Rosebud Chamber of Commerce & Agriculture. She spends many hours giving back to youth in agriculture.

She is a 2014 graduate with a Bachelor of Science with a major in Agriculture Business and a minor in Animal Science from Sam Houston State University.

As far as her real estate endeavors Morgan has focused on her passion for agriculture and sold primarily farm and ranch properties. She is one of the top tier land real estate agents in the US by being a designated Accredited Land Consultant by the Realtors Land Institute. Selling ranches exceeding 1,600 acres as well as serving the rural Central Texas communities for residential homes. With a strong background in agriculture she is able to assist her clients with a broad knowledge of the subject property. She believes in treating her clients with honesty and integrity and still believes in the strong meaning behind a handshake deal. With traditional roots her clients get to see first hand the passion and determination she puts into each transaction.
